Bulletproof coffee is a great meal replacement. It is delicious and will keep you full for hours. This is a good way to get in more fat if you are low on your macros.
Ingredients:
Coffee of your choice
1 tbsp real butter (Kerrygold butter is delicious)
1 tbsp MCT oil or Coconut Oil
2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions:
- Add butter to mug or blender
- Add MCT oil or Coconut oil
- Pour coffee into mug or blender
- Add heavy cream
- Blend (You don’t have to blend, but it tastes ALOT better if you do!)
- Enjoy!
You can add sugar free sweetener if you want or other non carby flavorings.
