Bulletproof Coffee / Keto Coffee

Bulletproof coffee is a great meal replacement. It is delicious and will keep you full for hours. This is a good way to get in more fat if you are low on your macros.

Ingredients:

Coffee of your choice
1 tbsp real butter (Kerrygold butter is delicious)
1 tbsp MCT oil or Coconut Oil
2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Add butter to mug or blender
  2. Add MCT oil or Coconut oil
  3. Pour coffee into mug or blender
  4. Add heavy cream
  5. Blend (You don’t have to blend, but it tastes ALOT better if you do!)
  6. Enjoy!

You can add sugar free sweetener if you want or other non carby flavorings.
