Fathead pizza is delicious, low carb, and Keto friendly. You can switch it up and use Alfredo sauce instead, and put some grilled chicken on top, it is also delicious.
Ingredients:
3/4 cups Almond flour
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
20 pepperoni slices (or as little or as much as you want, adjust macros accordingly)
Instructions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Add 1 3/4 cups of cheese to mixing bowl
- Add cream cheese to bowl
- Add almond flour
- Lightly mix
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Mix
- Microwave for 30 seconds
- Mix
- Add egg
- Add oregano
- add garlic powder
- Mix
- Sprat hands with non-stick spray
- Mix together well with hands
- Form a ball
- Place on cooking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and begin to press ball into a circle
- Place another parchment paper on top and press into bigger, thinner circle
- Remove top parchment paper
- Poke holes in dough to prevent bubbling (important!)
- Place in oven
- Cook for 12 minutes at 425 degrees
- Remove from oven
- Flip
- Spread pizza sauce on top
- Sprinkle most of cheese on top
- Add pepperoni slices
- Add remainder of cheese on top
- Place in oven
- Cook for 5 minutes at 425 degrees
- Broil for 2 minutes to get the cheese nice and melted
- Remove from oven
- Let sit before cutting
- Enjoy!
