Keto Recipe (Low Carb): Mini Cinnamon Rolls

These Mini Cinnamon Rolls are a tasty treat and very easy to make! You basically take the fat head pizza dough and turn it to a delicious snack or dessert! You can change the amount of stevia or butter to better suit your own needs or macros too!

Ingredients

– 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
– 1 & 3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
– 4 TBS Cream Cheese
– 1 Egg
– 2 TBS Stevia
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 2 TBS Heavy Cream
– 4 TBS Butter
– 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
– Parchment Paper

Instructions

For Cinnamon Roll:

1. Add 1 & 3/4 Cup Mozzarella, 3/4 Cup Almond Flour, & 2 TBS Cream Cheese to Mixing Bowl (for Dough)
2. Microwave Mozzarella, Almond Flour, & Cream Cheese for 1 Min
3. Mix Ingredients then return to Microwave for 30 Seconds
4. Mix Ingredients Again
5. Add 1 Egg to Dough Mixture, Combine with Hands (preferably)
6. Flatten Dough on Parchment Paper
7. Melt 2 TBS Butter in Microwave for 30 Seconds
8. Pour melted Butter on flattened Dough & brush Butter over the surface of the Dough
9. Sprinkle Stevia and Cinnamon onto Dough

10. Carefully Roll the Cinnamon Dough & cut into 13 pieces
11. Spread each Roll piece facing up
12. Cook in Oven at 350° for 15 Min
13. Remove from Oven after 15 Min and add Frosting

For Frosting:

1. Add 2 TBS Stevia, 1 TSP Vanilla Extract, 2 TBS Butter, & 2 TBS Cream Cheese to Mixing Bowl
2. Microwave for 30 Seconds
3. Mix Ingredients together
4. Add 2 TBS Heavy Cream
5. Mix Ingredients together
6. Add Frosting to Cinnamon Rolls after removing from Oven

Keto Chili

This chili is so good! It is my new favorite thing to eat on Keto because its tasty and very easy to make. The best thing of all, its low carb & Keto friendly! Serve it up with some sour cream and cheese on top and enjoy!

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
9 oz chorizo
1 can rotel
2 4 oz cans diced chile’s
garlic salt to taste
paprika to taste
chili powder taste
cumin taste

*You can use a packet of chili seasonings if you want, I use the individual spices to save on carbs.

Instructions

1. Brown ground beef and season with garlic salt and peppeer
2. Cook chorizo
3. Add Paprika, cumin, and chili powder to ground beef to taste
4. Mix well
5. Add chorizo to ground beef
6. Mix
7. Add rotel
8. Add both cans of diced green chili’s
9. Add water
10. Stir
11. Taste, add more cumin, paprika, or chili powder if needed.
12. Stir
13. Cover and simmer
14. Serve with sour cream and cheese sprinkled on top!
