Primal Kitchen’s Chipotle Lime Mayo Clone!

I absolutely love Primal Kitchen’s different mayos! The chipotle lime mayo is my favorite! I have been eating so much of it lately that I wanted to try and make my own because it is rather pricey. So after some testing I came up with this! This is actually slightly more spicy than the original but I like it that way. Please try it out and let me know what you think!

*Important* You must use a jar just big enough to fit in the immersion blender, anything bigger will result the the mayo staying as a liquid and it will not thicken.

1 cup mayo
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chipotle powder

Immersion blender
Jar just big enough to fit the blender

1. Add lime juice to jar
2. Add vinegar
3. Add egg
4. Add chipotle powder, garlic powder, and salt
5. Slowly add oil while blending
6. Add a little bit at a time and blend several times
7. Do this until completely blended and mayo has thickened

Note: You may need to scrape off the blender a couple times and continue blending.
