This is a low carb, Keto friendly recipe that is perfect for meal prepping! I added a can of Rotel to this batch. It adds 1 carb per serving.
Ingredients:
24 oz breakfast sausage
12 eggs
16 oz cheese
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 350
- Brown sausage
- Crack eggs into bowl
- Add heavy cream to eggs and mix together
- Add 3/4 of the cheese to the mixture
- Add sausage
- Spray cooking dish with non-stick spray
- Pour mixture into cooking dish
- Spread evenly
- Add remainder of cheese on top
- Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes
- Take out of oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
- Enjoy!
